SCOPAY-our online payment platform

SCOPAY is used to to pay for trips, uniform items, music lessons, clubs and school dinners online. Parents credit money to their child’s account online via the website or app with a debit or credit card.

SCOPAY login details and instructions are sent to all parents when their child joins the school. If you have forgotten or misplaced your details, please contact the school office who will arrange to resend them to you.

Payments are made through Vesta Merchant Service (VMS) so they're secure & reliable.

Parents can view their payment history.

Reduces the risk of pupils losing cash.

Please note that pupils who wish to attend paid for recreational trips/clubs  may not be allocated a place if they have an outstanding debt on their school dinner account or other school debts. This does not affect essential educational trips.

How do I set up my SCOPAY account for the first time?

When a pupil joins the School, their parents/carers are issued with SCOPAY login details and a step-by-step activation guide. It is very straightforward to set up an account. Parents/Carers who have more than one child at the school (or a different school who also use SCOPAY for online payments) can link their accounts to a single login.
