St Mary & St Andrew's Catholic primary school is a school we are proud of. We are passionate about providing the best learning opportunities and recognise that in order to do this, we must secure the highest quality staff for all roles in our school.

Candidates are expected to complete the relevant application form for the role they are interested in, including the Consent to Obtain References. All shortlisted candidates are then requested to fill in the supplementary information forms: Rehabilitation Form & Recruitment Monitoring Form.  Please note that CV only applications will not be considered. Please ensure that your application meets the specific needs of the job description and essential criteria on the person specification. Shortlisting will be based around this.

0.4 Mixed Class EYFS/KS1 Permanent Class Teacher

The Governors of St Mary & St Andrew’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, skilled and passionate Early Years/KS1 Teacher to work alongside established members of our team.

The successful candidate will be committed to playing an active role in the life and continued development of our school. They will be confident and highly skilled in effectively implementing the early years and national curriculum; be determined and ambitious that all children will make progress – including those children with additional needs - and that our children’s personal development will be prioritised alongside the provision of safe and stimulating environment.

Working in a small school, collaboration with colleagues to raise standards in all subjects is critical. Subject leadership is a vital element of this role and one which you will be supported to undertake.

Working days will be Thursday and Friday. Salary will be on the Main/Upper Pay Range dependent upon experience.
